What is this Privacy Policy?
The Israel Plastics and Rubber Center (1986) Ltd. (the “Company” or “we”) respects the privacy of users of the Company’s website, operating at https://isplrc.co.il, and at any additional address at the Company’s discretion (the “Website”). We are committed to protecting and safeguarding the privacy of Website users (“you” or the “User”).
This Website Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all services on the Company’s Website (the “Website Services”). The purpose of this Policy is to inform you about how we manage, collect, store, and use personal information that you provide to us through the Website, or that we collect when you use the Website Services. This Policy is written in the masculine form for convenience only and applies equally to all genders. Any reference in the singular also refers to the plural, as applicable. Providing Details and Personal Information to the Company
General use of the Website and viewing the content published on it do not require registration or the provision of Personal Information. However, certain sections of the Website, such as contact forms for contacting the Company or reporting an accessibility issue, may require the provision of personal and identifying details, such as full name, telephone number, active email address, and additional details as required and depending on the circumstances, such as the content of your inquiry in free text. Fields that must be completed will usually be clearly marked.

Except as detailed in this Policy, the Personal Information you provide to the Company, or that the Company collects, will not be disclosed, sold, or shared with third parties without your consent, except in the following cases:
- Where necessary for the proper provision of the Website Services, we may share Personal Information with third parties acting on our behalf, who assist us in operating the Website or managing the Company’s business, such as subcontractors. These third parties may use and process your Personal Information only to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us and in accordance with the Company’s instructions, and they must take information security measures to protect and maintain the confidentiality of your Personal Information;

Where is the Information Stored?
The Personal Information collected by the Company is stored in the Company’s databases, which are hosted by server hosting and data backup providers that may also be located outside the borders of Israel. Additional information, as detailed in this Policy, is collected and stored by other companies, such as analytics companies and similar providers. They may also store the information outside Israel. Your consent to this Policy also constitutes consent to the storage of the information abroad and its transfer outside the borders of Israel.
Information Security
The Company attaches the utmost importance to information security in its systems. In order to preserve and protect the information, the Company operates systems, applications, and information security procedures designed to minimize risks of theft, damage, loss, or unauthorized access to information, including Personal Information.
However, there is no certainty that these applications provide absolute assurance that Personal Information will not be exposed or stolen from the databases. Therefore, the Company does not undertake, and you cannot reasonably expect, that the services and information systems used by the Company will be immune from unauthorized access to the information stored in them. By using the Website Services, you acknowledge and agree to these limitations.

Right to Access and Correct Information
Under the Protection of Privacy Law, every person is entitled to review, personally or through a representative authorized by them in writing, or through a guardian, Personal Information about them that is held in a database. A person who has reviewed Personal Information about them and found that it is incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or outdated may contact the database owner with a request to correct or delete the information.
If the database owner refuses, it must notify the applicant in the manner prescribed by the regulations enacted under the Protection of Privacy Law. An applicant may appeal a refusal by a database owner to allow access, or a refusal to correct or delete information, in the manner prescribed by those regulations.
In addition, if the information in the Company’s databases is used to contact you personally based on your belonging to a population group determined according to one or more characteristics of persons whose names are included in the database (“Direct Mailing”), then under the Protection of Privacy Law you are entitled to demand in writing that the information relating to you be deleted from the database. In such case, the Company will delete information that it needs only in order to contact you by Direct Mailing.
Privacy of Minors
The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of users of the Website Services in general, and particularly the privacy of minors. The Company does not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian for the collection and use of such information by the Company.
Changes to this Policy
The Company may change the terms of this Policy from time to time, as it may change any of the binding documents, as detailed in the Terms of Use. If we make material changes to this Policy, we will publish a notice on the Website homepage or notify you using the contact details you provided to us, if provided, at our discretion.
If we make such changes in accordance with any law or requirement of a competent authority, the changes will take effect in accordance with the provisions of the law or such requirement.
