Intellectual Property

Wherever the Binding Documents refer to the Company’s liability, or to the exclusion of such liability, the reference shall also include the liability of the Company’s employees, officers, directors and persons acting on its behalf or under its authority.

Breach and Indemnification

Without derogating from the provisions of any applicable law, you undertake to indemnify and compensate the Company, its employees, directors and anyone acting on its behalf if you breach these Terms, any of the Binding Documents or any applicable law in connection with the Website.

Such indemnification shall cover any expense, payment, loss, loss of profit or other damage, whether direct or indirect, financial or non-financial, incurred by the Company, its employees, directors or anyone acting on its behalf, including legal expenses and attorneys’ fees.

The Website may contain links to various pages, websites and online content that are not owned or operated by the Company and are not under the Company’s control or supervision.

The Company is not responsible for the content, completeness, reliability, currentness or legality of content available through such external sources, its suitability for your needs, the privacy practices of the relevant content owners, or any damage of any kind that may be caused to you as a result of relying on or using information on websites to which such links direct you.

Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising from the Binding Documents, the Website or any dispute between you and the Company shall be vested in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv–Jaffa District, Israel.

Where material changes are made to the Binding Documents, we will publish a notice on the Website’s homepage or notify you using the contact details you provided to us, where applicable.
